Complicated area of low pressure over the Mid-Atlantic will slowly begin to move to the northeast by Friday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along the Southern Mid-Atlantic Coast to Florida that will move off the coast overnight Wednesday. Rain will develop from the Great Lakes to the Tennessee Valley eastward to the Northeast/Northern Mid-Atlantic that will move off most of the Northeast Coast by Thursday morning. The rain will move back over the Northeast on Thursday evening and continuing through Friday. The rain over the Great Lakes to the Tennessee Valley will rotated into the Southern Mid-Atlantic by Thursday morning continuing through Friday.
