Low pressure over the Northeast will move dissipate and redevelop over the Western Atlantic by Monday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop over parts of the Lower Great Lakes to New England through Sunday night. Light rain will linger over parts of New England overnight Sunday into Monday. In addition, a boundary over the Lower Mississippi Valley to the Southern Mid-Atlantic along with a tropical air over the region will produce showers and thunderstorms over the area through Monday with a slight diurnal component to the areal coverage. Meanwhile, low pressure over the Northern Plains will be quasi-stationary while the associated front moves from the Northern High Plains/Great Basin will move eastward to the Northern/Central Plains by Monday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop over the Northern Rockies/High Plains to the Northern Plains will move into the Upper Mississippi Valley by Sunday morning and into parts of the Upper Great Lakes by Sunday afternoon continuing into Monday. Additionally, upper-level energy and developing onshore flow will produce rain from parts of the Pacific Northwest to the Northern Intermountain Region that will expand into the Northern Rockies/Northern High Plains by Sunday morning. The rain will continue over the Northern High Plains westward to the Northern Rockies through Monday, while ending over parts of the Pacific Northwest by Monday morning.
