A front extending from the Great Lakes southwestward to the Central High Plains will move eastward to just off the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Coast by Tuesday morning moving off the Southern Mid-Atlantic Coast overnight Tuesday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along and ahead of the boundary from the Great Lakes to the Middle Mississippi Valley and parts of the Central Plains that will move eastward to the Northeast to Western Ohio Valley/Middle Mississippi Valley by Monday evening moving off the Northeast Coast by Tuesday morning. Showers and thunderstorms will continue from the Mid-Atlantic, likewise, to the Western Ohio Valley/Middle Mississippi Valley through Tuesday evening. Meanwhile, a wave of low pressure over the Northern Intermountain Region will move northeastward to the Northern Plains by Tuesday evening. The low will pull the western end of the aforementioned front northeastward into the Northern Plains to the Middle Mississippi Valley on Tuesday.
