Low pressure over the Lower Great Lakes/Ohio Valley will deep significantly while moving eastward to Cape Cod by Saturday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along and ahead of the boundary from parts of the Northern Appalachians/Lower Great Lakes to Lower Mississippi Valley/Western Gulf Coast that will move eastward to the Northern/Central Appalachians and parts of the Eastern/Central Gulf Coast, while ending over parts of the Southwest by Friday morning. The showers and thunderstorms will be limited to parts of New England by Friday evening into Saturday morning. Rain will dominate the precipitation from parts of the Southern Appalachians/Eastern Ohio Valley to the Northeast on Friday. The rain will move into parts of the Mid-Atlantic by Friday evening.
