Low pressure over the Middle Mississippi Valley will move eastward to New England Coast by Friday. The system will produce rain from parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley into the Great Lakes that will move eastward to Northeast by Friday. Snow will also develop over parts of the highest elevations of Eastern New York State late Wednesday night into Thursday night, with some freezing rain mixed in at times. Additionally, showers and thunderstorms will develop over parts of the Middle/Lower Mississippi Valley and Western Ohio Valley Wednesday evening that will move eastward off the Mid-Atlantic Coast overnight Thursday. Meanwhile, a front will move onshore over the West Coast and move inland to the Northern Plains/Central High Plains by Friday. A plume of moisture will move into Northern/Central California Wednesday night into Friday. The system will produce rain over parts of the region that will be heavy at times from early Thursday morning into late Thursday night. The rain will continue over part of Northern/Central California into Friday. Rain will also develop over parts of the Pacific Northwest into parts of the Northern Rockies that will begin to end by Friday morning. Overnight Thursday, rain will move into parts of Southern California into Friday. Elsewhere, easterly flow off the Atlantic will aid in producing showers and Thunderstorms over parts of southeastern Florida through Friday.
