A strong storm over Northern Plains will move northeastward into Quebec by Tuesday. The system will produce widespread snow over parts of the Southwest, Great Basin, Northern/Central Rockies, parts of the Central High Plains, Northern Plains, and into the Upper Great Lakes that will end by Monday morning over parts of the Southwest/Great Basin and overnight Monday for the Central Rockies, Central High Plains, and Northern Plains. The snow will wind down over the Upper Great Lakes/Upper Mississippi by Tuesday morning. Areas of rain/freezing rain will develop over parts of the Upper Great Lakes changing over to rain by Monday morning. Additionally, areas of rain/freezing rain will develop over parts of the Northern Appalachians into Northern New England Monday into Monday evening.
