A storm over the Southern Plains will move northeastward to the Central Appalachians by Monday. The system will produce showers and thunderstorms from the Southern Mid-Atlantic/Southeast to the Central Gulf Coast and Southern Plains that will move off the Southeast/Southern Mid-Atlantic Coast overnight Sunday. In addition, overnight Saturday an area of rain will develop over Oklahoma that will expand into the Middle/Lower Mississippi Valley and the Tennessee Valley/parts of the Southeast by Sunday evening. The rain will move into the Ohio Valley/Tennessee Valley to parts of the Mid-Atlantic by Monday. Additionally, snow will begin to develop over parts of New England on Monday into Monday evening.
