Upper-level low over the Southern Plains will weaken while moving eastward to the Southeast Coast by Wednesday evening. The system will merge with the system moving eastward across the Great Lakes on Thursday. The storm will produce showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Lower Mississippi Valley that will move to the Southeast Coast by Wednesday afternoon, continuing off the Southeast Coast overnight Wednesday. Additionally, rain will develop over parts of the Southern Plains into parts of the Tennessee Valley/Middle Mississippi Valley will, likewise, move into parts of the Oho Valley/Southern Mid-Atlantic by Wednesday morning that will move off the Mid-Atlantic Coast overnight Wednesday, too. Meanwhile, a storm over the Upper Great Lakes/Ontario will move off New England Coast by Thursday morning. The system will deepen overnight Wednesday while absorbing the system over the Gulf Coast States. Snow will develop over parts of the Upper Great Lakes that will expand into parts of the Lower Great Lakes/Northeast by Wednesday morning. The snow will move into Maine on Wednesday and continuing over New England through Thursday. In the wake of the system, lake effect snow will develop over parts of the Upper and Lower Great Lakes overnight Wednesday into Thursday. In the meantime, an upper-level trough over the Eastern Pacific will move onshore over the Northwest and California overnight Wednesday into Thursday.
