A front extending from the Northeast to the Southern Plains that will move off the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Coast by Thursday. The storm will produce showers and thunderstorms from the Northeast to the Southern Plains/Western Gulf Coast that will move off the coast overnight Wednesday. A second front extending from the Northern Plains to parts of the Great Basin will move eastward to the Middle Mississippi Valley to the Central High Plains by Thursday. The system will produce rain from parts of the Northern Plains to the Central High Plains that will expand into parts of the Central Plains by Wednesday afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along and ahead of the front from the Middle Mississippi Valley to the Southern High Plains that will move to the Middle Mississippi Valley to the Southern Plains by Thursday. Rain will move into parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley/Middle Mississippi Valley on Wednesday evening that will move into parts of the Upper Great Lakes by Thursday. Meanwhile, a third front just off the West Coast will move inland to the Northern Intermountain Region/Great Basin and parts of the Southern California by Thursday. The storm will produce rain over parts of the Pacific Northwest and Northern California that will produce rain and higher elevation snow over the region overnight Wednesday into Thursday. Rain and higher elevation snow will develop over parts of the Northern Intermountain Region into parts of the Great Basin that will continue over the area through Thursday.
