Low pressure over the Ohio Valley will slowly weaken and move eastward off the Northeast Coast by Friday evening. The system will produce rain from the Great Lakes and Ohio/Tennessee Valleys eastward to Southern New England to the Northern Mid-Atlantic. A region of embedded thunderstorms will develop over parts of the Lower Great Lakes to the Mid-Atlantic that will move into parts of Southern New England by Thursday evening, ending by Friday morning. Rain will continue from the Lower Great Lakes to the Central Appalachians to the Northeast through Friday evening. In addition, an area of showers and thunderstorms will develop over parts of the Southern Mid-Atlantic that will move off the coast overnight Thursday. Furthermore, showers and thunderstorms will also develop over parts of Southern Florida becoming confided to the southern most tip of Florida by Friday evening. Meanwhile, a front extending from the Northern/Central Plains westward to the Great Basin will slowly move eastward to the Upper Great Lakes to the Middle Mississippi Valley then southwestward to the Southern High Plains by Friday evening. The energy from the storm will produce rain and highest elevation snow over parts of the Northern Rockies through Friday morning. By Friday evening, rain with embedded thunderstorms will extend from parts of the Northern Intermountain Region southeastward to the Central High Plains. Additionally, rain will develop over parts of the Northern Plains/Central High Plains into parts of the Great Basin. The rain will develop into showers and thunderstorms from parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley to the Central High Plains into parts of the Eastern Great Basin by Thursday evening. By Friday evening, the showers and thunderstorms will move into parts of the Upper Great Lakes into the Western Ohio Valley/Middle Mississippi Valley.
