Tropical storm Cindy will move northward into the Western/Central Gulf Coast and slowly weaken. The storm will produce heavy rain over parts of the Lower Mississippi Valley and Central/Eastern Gulf Coast. Some of the embedded thunderstorms may become severe. Old boundary extending from Southern Mid-Atlantic to the Southern Plains will slowly dissipate over night Wednesday.
