Harvey has transition to a post-tropical cyclone and is forecast to move northward into Southern Quebec by Sunday evening. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along and ahead of the associated front from parts of the Ohio/Tennessee Valleys into the Mid-Atlantic and the Southeast that will likewise lift northward into Northeast/Lower Great Lakes/Northern Mid-Atlantic with showers developing over the Central Appalachians by Sunday. The showers and thunderstorms will move off the Southeast Coast overnight Saturday. In addition, moisture and upper-level energy will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms over parts of Florida Saturday into Sunday.
