Low pressure over the New England Coast will move northeastward into Eastern Canada by Monday morning. The system will produce rain over parts of the Northeast/Northern Mid-Atlantic/Lower Great Lakes into parts of the Central Appalachians that will end overnight Sunday over the Northern Mid-Atlantic/Lower Great Lakes and the Central Appalachians. The rain will end over parts of Northern New England by late morning Monday. Meanwhile, a front over the Upper Midwest will move eastward to the Northern/Central Appalachians and the Ohio/Tennessee Valleys and southward into Lower Mississippi Valley/Southern Plains by Tuesday. The system will produce showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley/Upper Great Lakes that will move into the Great Lakes by Monday afternoon. Overnight Monday, the showers and thunderstorms will expand along the boundary into the Ohio Valley/Middle Mississippi Valley and Central Plains. By Tuesday morning, the showers and thunderstorms will move eastward into the Northern/Central Appalachians and will continue along the front from the Ohio Valley into the Central Plains. In addition, additional upper-level energy will produce showers and thunderstorms over parts of Upper Mississippi Valley on Monday afternoon that will move into parts of the Great Lakes by Tuesday. Additionally, moisture from Post-Tropical Cyclone Lidia will move into parts of the Southwest and Southern/Central California that will mainly move out over the Pacific from Central California by Monday evening. The moisture will aid in triggering scattered showers and thunderstorms over parts of Southern California and as far eastward to parts of the Central/Southern Rockies that will end over the Central/Southern Rockies by Monday morning. The showers and thunderstorms will wind down over California by overnight Monday. Furthermore, tropical moisture and upper-level energy will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms over Florida through Tuesday.
