Tropical Storm Philippe will mainly stay off the mainland of Florida as the storm moves northeastward from near Cuba to off the East Coast through Monday. Tropical Storm Philippe will become absorbed into the frontal zone along the East Coast while becoming extra-tropical. Showers and thunderstorms will develop over the southern tip of Florida through early Sunday morning.
