A deep upper-level low over James Bay will slowly move northeastward to the Davis Strait by Wednesday. Upper-level energy over the Central Plains/Middle Mississippi Valley will move eastward around the upper-level low to Maine by Tuesday afternoon then moving into Eastern Canada by Wednesday. Light snow and rain will develop over parts of Upper Great Lakes/Upper Mississippi Valley through Tuesday morning. Tuesday into Wednesday, lake enhanced snow will develop over over parts of Upper Great Lakes that will begin to wane on Wednesday. In addition, rain will develop over the parts of the Ohio Valley into the Lower Great Lakes that will end over the Ohio Valley by early Tuesday morning.
