Upper-level energy over the Southwest/Great Basin will slowly move eastward to parts of the Central Plains to the Middle Mississippi Valley by Friday evening. Moisture flowing northwestward out of the Gulf of Mexico with the upper-level energy will aid in producing rain and snow over parts of the Great Basin will slowly move into parts of the Central Rockies by Saturday evening ending by Friday afternoon. Rain will develop over parts of the Southern High Plains that will move into the Southern Plains by Friday morning and into parts of the Lower Mississippi Valley/Ohio Valley by Friday evening.
