A front along the Mid-Atlantic Coast that extends southwestward to the Eastern Gulf Coast will move off the East Coast by Monday evening while lingering over Florida through Wednesday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along parts of the Southeast Coast into the Eastern Gulf Coast that will move off the Southeast Coast by Monday evening. Showers and thunderstorms will move into Florida on Tuesday and steadily move southward down the peninsula to the southern tip of Florida by Wednesday. Meanwhile, an area of upper-level energy over Ohio will move northeastward to the Northeast forming an upper-level low by Monday evening that will strengthen through Wednesday. The energy will aid in producing rain over parts of the Great Lakes/Ohio Valley into parts of the Northeast as well as the Central Appalachians into the Mid-Atlantic that will end overnight Monday over the Upper Great Lakes/Ohio Valley. The rain will end over the Mid-Atlantic by Tuesday and over the Lower Great Lakes by Tuesday evening. Snow will develop over the highest elevations of Northern New England overnight Monday and Tuesday night, while rain continues over parts of New England through Wednesday. A front over the Northern High Plains, on Monday evening, will move southward to the Central Plains/Middle Mississippi Valley by Tuesday evening. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along the boundary over the Northern High Plains that will move into the Northern/Central Plains by Monday evening. The showers and thunderstorms will move into parts of the Upper Great Lakes and into the Middle Mississippi Valley overnight Tuesday. Also overnight Tuesday, disorganized upper-level energy will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Northern/Central Rockies that will move into the Northern/Central Plains by Wednesday morning. A developing front over the Pacific Northwest on Tuesday morning will move eastward into the Northern Rockies/Great Basin by Wednesday. Rain will develop along the front over the Pacific Northwest on Tuesday moving into the Northern Rockies and into parts of Northern California by Wednesday morning. Elsewhere, upper-level energy over North-Central Mexico will move eastward to Texas while weakening by Tuesday morning. The energy will continue to weaken while moving to the Central Gulf Coast by Wednesday. The energy will produce showers and thunderstorms over parts of Western Texas on Monday that will expand into the Western Gulf Coast by Monday evening and end over Western Texas by Tuesday morning.
