A Gulf Coast low pressure system is forecast to spread scattered showers and thunderstorms across the Southeast through Monday. Isolated Flash Flooding is possible with between 2-4 inches expected from the Florida Panhandle to the Southeast Coast by Tuesday morning. Flood Watches are in effect along portions of the Georgia-Florida border through tonight. Meanwhile, waves of low pressure moving across southern Canada will promote warm southerly flow into the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest at the start of this week. While high temperatures in the 50s and 60s may not be eye-catching, they'll still represent 25-30 degree anomalies for parts of the Dakotas and Minnesota. A deeper surface wave will begin to dive into the Northern Rockies/Plains tonight. Elsewhere, snow is likely for the Northwest Mountains as well as the Adirondacks and Green/White Mountains over the next couple of days.
