Widespread precipitation, including high elevation snow, will
continue to spread across Southern California ahead of an
approaching upper low on Tuesday.  Snow levels are expected to
remain high, with heavy accumulations mainly confined to
elevations above 7000 ft in the southern Sierra and coastal ranges.

Warm advection precipitation will continue to spread across
northern Maine ahead of an approaching low, with thermal profiles
supporting a wintry mix, including some accumulating ice, across
the region on Tuesday.
