Lower Mississippi Valley, the Tennessee Valley, the Great Lakes, the Southern Rockies, the Middle 
Mississippi Valley, the Upper Mississippi Valley, the Southeast, the Southern Plains, and the Ohio 
Valley, Fri-Sat, Nov 1-Nov 2.
- Heavy precipitation across portions of the Alaska Panhandle, Fri, Nov 1.
 
Detailed Summary:

A deepened frontal low may produce a threat of high winds from the lower Great Lakes to northern 
New York/New England Friday before exiting into eastern Canada. Post-frontal cold air dug far 
southward through the Rockies, Plains and Mississippi Valley offers a period of much below normal 
temperatures for the broad region Friday into Saturday that may include some record values.

Triple point low development and subsequent eastward punch Friday across the Gulf of Alaska should 
produce a period with strong advance onshore flow to fuel heavy rain/mountain snow for favored 
terrain of Southeast Alaska.
