Detailed Summary: Cold air associated with high pressure over Eastern Ontario in Eastern Canada will aid in producing and area of much below normal temperatures over parts of the Northeast, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast on Saturday. In addition, as low pressure along the Southeast Coast moves northeastward to the Carolina Coast, on Saturday into Sunday. The circulation around the low will aid in producing onshore flow off the Atlantic producing rain. The rain will be heavy enough to meet the criteria for depicting an area of heavy rain over parts of the North Carolina Coast on Saturday into Sunday. Furthermore, with deep low pressure along the Southeast Coast and strong high pressure building over the Northeast, strong wind will develop along the East Coast from Cape Cod to the northern portion of the South Carolina on Saturday and gradually tapering off on Monday. The hazard of high winds will be depicted on the hazards map from Saturday into Monday. For Hawaii, very humid air and upper-level energy will aid in producing heavy rain over parts of the Hawaiian Island on Saturday into Monday. Over Alaska, low pressure over the Gulf of Alaska and associated front will move eastward onshore over the Alaska Panhandle and Western Canada on Saturday into Sunday. A plume of moisture associated with the system will stream moisture into the Alaskan Panhandle producing rain and snow that will meet the criteria for heavy precipitation over the Panhandle on Saturday into Sunday. Additionally, a deep area of low pressure will move over the Aleutians on Monday into Tuesday. The waves associated with the area of low pressure will be 20 feet or higher meeting the criteria for significant waves on the Pacific side of the Aleutians from the Central Islands westward on Monday and Tuesday. The front associated with the system will move into the mainland on Tuesday as the associated plume of moisture will move into the southern mainland producing an area of rain and snow that will meet the criteria for heavy precipitation over parts of the southern mainland into parts of the Panhandle on Tuesday into Wednesday. The area of heavy precipitation will extend from the eastern portion of Kenai Peninsula eastward into the Alaska Panhandle north of Juneau on Tuesday into Wednesday. Ziegenfelder
