The broad system will continue to bring impacts for the remainder
of this afternoon, particularly across New York to New England
coastlines where the greatest onshore flow remains. The main
impacts will continue to be beach erosion, tidal inundation, and
choppy waters. However, conditions should slowly improve by
tomorrow as the coastal low pressure continues to weaken and move
offshore and high pressure begins to nudge down from the north.
The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 1100 PM EDT. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
