Modest upper ridging will reorganize in the north central Pacific
from the northeastern Pacific next week, keeping Hawai'i in
relative troughing. With PW values forecast to be near to below
climo values, expect mainly scattered showers with some terrain
enhancement. Blend of 06Z GFS/00Z ECMWF seems prudent as the 00Z
GFS was likely too far southwest with moisture from Lowell late
next week based on the latest NHC forecast.
