The models indicate that Hawai'i will remain near the southern
edge of the westerlies for the next week, with changeable weather
as eddies break off about the state. Five-day QPF through 00Z/16
Tuesday on both the 00Z/10 ECMWF and the 06Z/10 GFS is generally a
tenth- to a quarter-inch, with a few inches in the favored
terrain--particularly the Big Island.
