Ensembles remain in very good agreement on the large-scale pattern
over the central Pacific. A weak front will move through the
region early Tuesday in the NW islands and early Wednesday over
the Big Island when it will dissipate. Heights will then rise
through next weekend into next Monday over Hawai'i which will
bring back a typical trade pattern with generally light QPF. ECMWF
ensembles showed a bit higher heights a slightly strong high
pressure by the weekend than the GEFS ensembles, with the NAEFS in
between.
