Guidance reasonably agrees in maintaining a relatively benign
weather pattern for the Hawaiian islands for the next week as deep
layered high pressure tends to hold over the state. Moderate mean
trade flow offers below normal moisture and limited windward
rainfall potential, albeit with the best chance to squeeze out
moisture possibly occurring over the weekend over the Big Island
and vicinity as impulse energy digs overtop on the eastern
periphery of the mid-upper level ridge.
