The main Pacific storm track remains north of the state for the
next week with a  mean upper ridge underneath over Hawaii. Models
and ensembles agree that several surface high pressure cells
bridge and settle to the north and northeast of the state in this
pattern to support seasonal to periodically breezy island trades.
The relatively stable pattern offers passing rounds of enhanced
moisture and windward terrain focusing showers and there is a
decent guidance signal activity Tue/Wed may be aided by impulse
energy that temporarily dents the upper ridge.
