A main Pacific storm track remains north of the state next week
with a mean upper ridge underneath over Hawaii. Models and
ensembles still agree that several surface high pressure cells
will bridge and settle to the north and northeast of the state in
this pattern to support seasonal to breezy island trades. The
relatively stable pattern offers passing rounds of enhanced
moisture and windward terrain focusing showers and there is a good
guidance signal activity Tuesday and Wednesday may be aided by
trough energy that temporarily dents the upper ridge.
