Light to moderate trade winds and stable conditions are expected
to persist through the weekend and next week as surface high
pressure establishes itself north of the main island chain. This
pattern would favor showers for mainly the windward facing slopes
and coastal regions of Hawaii, while leeward areas remain mostly
dry.
