Expect brisk trades into Monday to trend toward light-moderate
strength thereafter as high pressure to the north weakens through
midweek.  A majority of guidance suggests the remnants of Juliette
could track well north of the islands by next weekend, which would
help to keep the surface gradient over the state on the weaker
side for the latter half of the forecast period.  Models/means
agree that precipitable water values should be near to modestly
below climatology through Thursday, with primarily (though not
exclusively) windward and mountain focused showers tending to be
on the light side.  There continues to be better than average
agreement/continuity regarding increased rainfall next weekend
with the arrival of greater deep moisture from the east and
heights aloft being lower than they will be during the first half
of this week.
