Lingering moisture associated with the tail of a slow moving
closed upper low now NE of Hawaii may fuel a few showers over the
next couple of days.  Late week and through the weekend, models
and ensembles reasonably agree that reinforced pressure gradients
underneath potent high pressure centered NNE of the state should
support moderate to locally breezy island trades in a pattern with
terrain based precipiation in proximity of a possible weakness
aloft.
