An upper-level trough/low centered east-northeast of the Big
Island into early to mid next week should lead to limit trades.  A
mean trailing weakness aloft should meanwhile support some
instability showers over/east of the state. The flow aloft
gradually weakens with time and should not be a major sensible
weather player for the western 2/3rds of the state in closer
influnce to an amplified upstream upper ridge.  Prefer a composite
of generally compatable model and ensemble solutions to blend out
the less predictable smaller scale weather components/details.
