Latest models and ensembles still reasonably agree that high
pressure building/bridging to the north of the state should favor
a tendancy for increased island trades this week in a pattern with
mainly scattered windward terrain based showers. Trades may be
effected by the weekend by approach of an upper low/trough with a
favored composite guidance solution position held northeast of the
state.  Guidance is now in better agreement with this feature,
bolstering forecast confidence.
