Trades should remain moderate through the period as the islands
remain within the gradient between high pressure over the eastern
Pacific and lowest pressures over the tropics.  Expect windward
focused showers to vary in intensity depending on available
moisture and features aloft as well but should display below
normal coverage due to below normal moisture values and diffluent
lower level flow.  Otherwise, tranquil weather conditions are
anticipated with above average confidence due to strong model
agreement and the slowly evolving central Pacific pattern.
