Ensembles show the upper ridge currently in the northeast Pacific
to transition toward the central north Pacific by midweek. The
1030mb sfc high will slowly weaken but sink south of 40N by late
in the week. Typical trade wind pattern should rule over Hawai'i
through the period with PW values near or just below climo values.
Moisture associated with the tropical systems in the eastern
Pacific should stay to the northeast of the 50th state.
