The global numerical guidance maintains that two cold fronts
should sag through Hawai'i during the next week. The first front
will pass from north to south late Wednesday night through
Thursday. The second front is slated for the middle of next week.
Without a tap from the ITCZ, the rainfall amounts should be
limited. At least a quarter-inch of rain is expected statewide,
with upwards of 2 or 3 inches in the favored terrain.
