The global numerical models continue to advertise at least one
more cold frontal passage southward through the state by the
middle of next week--with a possible secondary cold front
approaching the northern islands by late next Friday. With the
ITCZ moisture kept at bay by the westerlies, rainfall totals will
be capped by Hawai'i'an standards--though upwards of three or four
inches are indicated by the 00Z/31 ECMWF in favored terrain.
