The global numerical guidance indicates that the trades will
continue to prevail across Hawai'i for at least the next week. The
deep-layer moisture associated with the ITCZ is progged to stay to
the south. Five-day QPF through 00Z/15 Thursday for the windward
exposures is generally in excess of 0.25", with locally higher
amounts--particularly on the Big Island. The leeward areas look
dry.
