Ensembles continue to show a rather quiet pattern in store over
Hawai'i for the next week. Good agreement among the guidance shows
upper ridging and surface high pressure building to the northwest
of the 50th state later this week into the weekend. This will keep
fresh trades in place with a slight increase in moisture expected
on Sunday especially in the northwestern islands as it rotates
around the upper high. Otherwise, isolated to scattered windward
showers are expected with generally light amounts except in higher
elevations.
