After Guillermo passes westward to the north of Hawai'i late this
week, normal trades are indicated into early next week. Another
tropical cyclone will likely approach from the southeast by next
Tuesday, though its intensity and track for the state proper
beyond this forecast are highly uncertain. Five-day QPF
post-Guillermo, ending 00Z/12 Wednesday, is generally a tenth- to
a quarter-inch, with the usual higher amounts in the favored
terrain.
