It remains the case that high pressure bridged north of the state
will continue to support moderate to brisk trades today in a
pattern with limited moisture/terrain based showers. Models and
ensembles still reasonably agree that progressive mid-upper level
trough passages well north of the state should temporarily weaken
to moderate levels the trade supporting ridge underneath Mon/Tue
and again next Fri/Sat. System passages will force trailing
fronts/showers southeastward toward the state that should
weaken/stall before reaching the western islands.
