Strong cold front will push through the region tomorrow into
Wednesday from NW to SE. Brief rise in PW values supports a line
of showers and embedded heavier rain to move through the region,
but of limited duration. For Thursday through next Monday,
ensembles show strong surface high pressure moving eastward along
30N from near 170W to 155W. This will bring in strong winds to the
islands and cooler temperatures right behind the front that will
ease in time. PW values are forecast to rise slowly but steadily
later in the week into next week, with a gradual increase in
showers especially by Sunday into Monday.
