Models and ensembles agree on upper ridging maintaining its
presence in the central tropical/sub-tropical Pacific. For most of
this week, the upper high will be bridged to the NW/N/NE of the
state but will be interrupted by a brief weakness this weekend (as
a system tracks south of the Aleutians). Ensembles indicate
building heights again near the Dateline that should push into the
NW islands by next Monday. Trades should remain modest through the
period, but locally breezy.

Precipitable water values should remain between about 0.75-1.40
inches as waves of moisture pass through the region. Precipitation
is forecast to be light to perhaps locally moderate in the
generally quiet pattern.
