Guidance reasonably agrees that high pressure built NNE of the
state will support a moderate to locally brisk island trade and
rainfall pattern over the next week. Latest radar and models
suggest showers will be mainly over windward terrain and be
enhanced by local moisture pooling, but a few may crest leeward
this weekend into next week with mid-upper level trough passage.
