Very stable pattern continues over the islands with the forecast
precipitable water values averaging between 1.25 and 1.5 inches
with a maximum on Thursday and Friday as a weak tropical low moves
to the south of the islands. This disturbance passing appears to
enhance shower activity along the windward slopes.
