Models and ensembles reasonably agree that a weakening surface
boundary affecting the islands over the next couple of days will
combine with a weakness aloft to focus some local showers. High
pressure building to the north of the islands in the wake of
system passage will then usher in a period with moderate to
locally breezy trades and windward terrain based showers later
this week into early next week.
