Latest model/ensemble runs provide fairly good agreement and
continuity for the upcoming week's forecast.  Expect trades to be
on the breezy side for most of the period as supported by an
ongoing series of mid-latitude Pacific surface highs.  The last
high building north of the state by next Tuesday-Wednesday will
likely be the strongest one and thus provide the tightest surface
gradient/strongest trade winds.  The majority of showers should be
in the light to moderate range and tend to focus over windward
terrain. On a relative basis there may be increased shower
activity during the weekend and early next week with the trailing
end of a front reaching the area Friday-Saturday and precipitable
water values increasing to slightly above 1.25 inches at some
locations.  Expect moisture to decrease somewhat toward midweek.
