The models are in good agreement and show a weak trough near
Hawai'i through Saturday which lifts out to the northeast.  A
parade of shortwaves in the Westerlies just north of the
archipelago bring frontal zones close to the state through the
period, with the first intrusion outside of the Papahanaumokuakea
National Marine Monument late Thursday into next Friday into the
northwest main islands which could enhance moisture in its
vicinity.  For most of the period though, east to southeast Trade
Winds are expected with the usual windward showers.  Precipitable
water values remain near 1.25", which should be close to average
for March.
