Once an elevated plume of tropical moisture departs the islands
today, to the west, a rather stable stretch of the weather is
anticipated for the next week. Operational guidance including
ensembles indicate enough upper ridging aloft and surface ridging
to the north for traditional easterly trades. On Wednesday through
Friday, an elevated plume of precipitable water values clip or
slide through the islands which could increase some shower
activity in windward locations. Otherwise expect a great and
overall quiet stretch for Hawaii.
