Enough upper ridging aloft will deliver a rather stable stretch of
the weather for the Hawaiian Islands over the next week.
Operational guidance including ensembles indicate this scenario
along with surface ridging to the north. Thus expect light to
moderate traditional easterly trades with windward showers for the
bulk of the week. On Wednesday through Friday, an elevated plume
of precipitable water values from the tropics may clip or slide
through the islands which may disrupt the trades slightly but
could increase some shower activity. Otherwise expect a great and
overall quiet stretch for Hawaii.
